This is not a registered business entity but rather a description of the high-quality service and jet ski performance you can expect from us.All jet ski rentals and activities are conducted under the operational management of Flamingo Watersports, and the following details are crucial for your understanding:

1. Licensing and Insurance:

The jet skis you are renting are fully licensed and insured through Flamingo Watersports, carrying a $2 million liability coverage. This ensures that all participants are protected while enjoying their time on the water.

2. Waiver and Safety Acknowledgment:

Before participating in any activity, all clients are required to sign a waiver and complete a safety acknowledgment form through Oskar Alzate, the manager of Flamingo Watersports. This ensures that all participants understand the safety guidelines and assume responsibility for their activities.

3. Additional Waiver at the Hotel Lobby:

Please note that all clients are also required to sign an additional waiver at the hotel lobby. This waiver is required because the hotel does not assume responsibility for any injuries or incidents that may occur at their dock. Signing this waiver is mandatory to proceed with your rental.

4. Payments and Deposits:

All payments, including rental fees and damage deposits, are handled exclusively through Flamingo Watersports. This ensures that all transactions are processed securely and in compliance with the operational framework of the partnership.

5. Our Role:

While we lease and facilitate access to jet skis, the legal and operational framework, including licensing and insurance, falls under Flamingo Watersports. This partnership allows us to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality experiences while maintaining compliance with the necessary safety and operational standards.

6. Safety is Our Priority:
